This was my first wedding shooting at Ivy House in Saugatuck, MI and it didn’t disappoint. Sarah and Nathan had a perfect July day for a wedding. It started out overcast which was perfect for photos and by the end of the ceremony is was sunny for cocktail hour. The greenhouse ceremony space and the reception space provided a neutral, clean aesthetic that you can really make your own. Sarah’s vision was timeless and classic and it came to life stunningly. She kept the decor minimal with blacks, whites, greenery and gold accents. Every detail from the flat lay, to the florals, to the reception setup was so elegant. I had so much fun capturing their day. Sarah and Nathan have such a natural chemistry and couldn’t keep their eyes off each other all day. They spent the whole day together laughing and crying because they were just so excited to be married. And that’s how your wedding day should feel <3
